Jeremy M. Burke

Jeremy graduated with honors from Gonzaga University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree. He is admitted to practice in all Washington State courts. His focus is criminal defense, DUIs, family law, and injury cases. Jeremy is a member of the Washington Bar Association and the Chelan/Douglas County Bar Association. Jeremy currently serves as a Washington State Supreme Court appointed member of the Practice of Law Board. Jeremy is a former member of the Washington State Association of Prosecuting Attorneys.

Experience:
Jeremy has handled hundreds of DUI cases and countless felonies. Prior to joining Woods & Brangwin and Bratton in 2021, Jeremy worked as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Yakima County and then Douglas County. During law school Jeremy was the Editor In Chief for the Gonzaga Journal of International Law and worked as a law clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Washington for two years. He also served as a drill sergeant in the United States Army Reserves. Prior to settling down in the Wenatchee Valley Jeremy was a city councilmember for the City of Selah.
